Returns / Exchanges / Damaged Items

As a small business owner and artist, I only want to give you the best items for your hard earned money. Should you receive your items and they are not to the standard you expect, you may always reach out to me through the contact below. 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after that date will not be honored.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (for some items, this won't apply) . Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Items damaged by shipping carrier handling is not eligible.  

To start a return, you can contact us at lschaffstall@gmail.com. To initiate a return, please send an email with your name and an image of the damaged item. You will have the option for us to send a replacement or a full refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

I do not accept refunds. If you have an outstanding circumstance or issue with the item, please contact me at my email.
